I am sitting here watching Larry King Live and the fallout of Jon goesslin stopping the filming of his kids. Although I think he will come out a slimeball in this, this may be a blessing. I said it a few months ago that this show needs to stop and I still feel that way. Stop pimping the kids.

Okay, I’ve become a bit of a foodie. My wife and I both cook. I am more Asian and Italian. She is classic American and desserts.
I have to say top chef on bravo is better than iron chef america. They have better challenges and I think the food is higher quality. There’s only so many blood orange dishes out there.
Here’s an idea: iron chef Japanese chefs vs top chef chefs. That’s a battle.

We in the newsroom have been talking trivia lately. It helps alleviate the drudgery we see most of the time. I am thinking of instituting a trivia challenge. Much like the red challenge flag in the NFL, a challenge is instituted for a question of random useless trivia. No work questions so it’s fun. I will keep up with standings for the rest of the year.
